Ordering & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and service level. Orders over $50 ship free. See our shipping information page for delivery timelines.
Can I shop in person?
Yes — our three NYC stores are open daily and stock over 1,500 herbs, spices, and teas. Online orders ship; they're not available for in-store pickup at this time.

Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
Yes. Restaurants, juice bars, herbalists, and retailers can apply for a wholesale account.
