You won't miss the "moo" if you try Elmhurst 1925's Cashew Milk. We went with this ultra-creamy substitute milk because it tastes wonderful and only has six ingredients. This all-natural Cashew Milk contains no artificial flavors and is vegan and dairy-free. This plant-based milk is ideal for making chia pudding, smoothies, and baked goods.

Elmhurst Dairy was New York City's final traditional dairy, closing in 2016 and becoming a 100% plant-based dairy in 2017. Its plant-based milks are manufactured with a proprietary method known as HydroRelease, which protects the nutrients of the base nuts, grains, and seeds while producing a smooth, creamy beverage without the use of emulsifiers or thickeners. (This is a first for plant-based milks, and it's one of the reasons we're so excited to carry it!) Furthermore, each beverage has a maximum of six ingredients.
