Spice blend for Salads & Savouries
Take 1½ potatoes per person when making aloo chat. Cut into ¾-inch cubes after peeling. In a frying pan, heat enough edible oil or ghee to fry the potato slices on both sides. Cook on low heat until brown and tender. Into a large mixing bowl, strain the mixture. 1 teaspoon of Chunky Chat Masala and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice Serve immediately after thoroughly mixing. 1 To create FRUIT CHAT, peel and de-seeded varied fruits, cut into ¾ -inch pieces, and mix with Chunky Chat Masala and lemon juice (1½ cup per person). 1 Toss with waffles, savouries, fried nuts, grilled or roasted delicacies like Tikkas, Kababs, fruit or vegetable salads, sandwiches, and so on.
