Golden Monkey, also known as Jin Hou, is a Chinese black tea with leaves that resemble monkey paws. It's a well-known high-quality black tea with huge leaves and plenty of golden tips. Golden Monkey comes from China's Fujian and Yunnan provinces, and is hand-processed each spring with only one leaf and one bud plucking. The flavor is full-bodied, with cocoa undertones and delicate honeyed peach overtones. The texture is rich, smooth, and creamy.
