Horney goat weed is a blooming, perennial plant native to China, Korea, and Japan that belongs to the barbery family. It has a long history of usage in traditional Chinese medicine to treat diminishing virility and depleted renal yang. The most common way to consume powdered horny goat weed is in capsule form, although it can also be made into an infusion or mixed with liquids.
