Kukicha is made from tea plant twigs and stems that have been thoroughly matured. The twigs are toasted after proper age, yielding a full-bodied, calming, somewhat sweet tea with a wonderfully woody flavor. Kukicha Twig Tea is mild and calming, with less caffeine than normal green tea.
