Profile: Our pu-erh tea is picked by hand in the Yunnan province of China from wild and semi-wild broad leaf ancient tea plants. Because sun-dried green tea leaves are converted from a greenish-golden color to a blackish-red tone, pu-erh is commonly referred to as "cooked."
Details:
Pu-erh tea has developed a devoted following among tea enthusiasts who see it as a precious remnant from ancient tea cultures and traditions.
