Details: Rose hips are a good source of vitamin C, with around 1700-2000 mg per 100 g in dry form. They've long been used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, reduce the symptoms of knee and hip osteoarthritis, and boost the immune system's ability to fight against foreign invaders. Rose hips are high in iron, hence rose hip tea is used to reduce iron deficiency during menstruation.

Dosage: 500-750 mg per day as a supplement, ideally with meals

** To prepare a cup of tea, follow these steps: 2 to 2.5 grams crushed rose hips in 150 mL boiling water for 10-15 minutes, then drain liquid before consuming.
