|Basic Prep:||Rinse 1 cup of Sushi Rice until clear. Colander-drain. In a medium pot, boil drained rice and 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Discard. 15 minutes more, covered.|
|Ways To Use:||Sushi rice has a modest natural sweetness and a formable, slightly sticky texture, making it an excellent choice for preparing sushi. Sushi Rice is also a fantastic accompaniment to other rice-based dishes.
