Profile: This calming and warming blend of peppermint leaf, fennel seed, and other herbs is ideal for when your stomach is upset and you need some relief. It's a medium-bodied tea with a minty scent and a mild refreshing taste thanks to the peppermint and fennel.
Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over
1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes
