Profile: Rainbow Rooibos tea is also known as redbush tea or red tea. The leaves go through an oxidation process, which gives rooibos its distinguishing reddish-brown color and boosts the flavor. It has a natural sweetness and a rich, earthy flavor.

Rainbow Rooibos Tea is made in the same way as black tea, with the addition of milk and sugar (or stevia) to taste. Another option is to sweeten with a slice of lemon or honey instead of sugar. It's delicious both hot and cold.
