Details:
Seasoning blend for chicken. This majestic blend includes rosemary, lemon peel, celery seed, thyme, garlic, granulated honey, fennel seed, marjoram, parsley, and basil.
Apply it in two layers. Under the skin of the chicken, mix a tablespoon of dried poultry spice with a tablespoon of butter. Next, massage the skin with the poultry spice combination and a few good pinches of salt. Roast with parsley and lemon stuffing. The result will be the best fowl you've ever eaten.
