Details:

This gum is odorless, tasteless, water-soluble sap that's dried. Tragacanth gum has several uses, not just for ingestion. Tragacanth Gum is used in Ayurvedic medicine due to its therapeutic characteristics.

By cutting the roots and stem, Tragacanth Gum is extracted. The incision is 5 cm below ground level. Sap is dried as flakes or crystals.
