KAMUT® wheat is a tasty and nutritious ancient grain. KAMUT® brand wheat is a member of the wheat family and contains 40% more protein than the national average wheat. This grain's nutrition, flavor, and deliciousness haven't been altered by modern plant breeders. Vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, and complex carbohydrates are abundant. Whole grain cereals, baked items, and side dishes benefit from KAMUT® wheat.
This long grain is best cooked in a slow cooker like rice for up to an hour.
How To Cook Kamut® Brand Wheat
1 cup KAMUT® soaked in water Bring 3 cups water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, reduce heat and simmer for 40-45 minutes until tender.

Basic prep: | 3 cups boiling water + 1 cup Organic Kamut® Brand Wheat Cover and cook for 1 hour until tender. Drain water. |
