Profile: After a long, stressful day, this energizing tea is wonderfully relaxing. It's a sweet, mild-bodied tea with a wonderful flavor of licorice and the refreshing taste of lemon. It also has the relaxing effects of ginger and peppermint. It's a terrific tea to drink during the winter months, and it also makes a great iced tea.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
