Details:

The flavor of raspberry leaves, which is similar to black tea but devoid of caffeine, is among the most pleasant of any herbal remedy. Raspberries were thought to have been discovered on Mount Ida by the Olympian gods themselves as they looked for berries. Raspberries were domesticated for the first time in works by the Roman agriculturalist Palladius. By the Middle Ages, it was utilized for a wide variety of purposes, including the fluids that went into paintings and illuminated manuscripts. The first mass cultivation of raspberries, whose popularity swiftly expanded throughout Europe, is credited to King Edward the 1st (1272–1307). The reputable British Herbal Compendium has approved of the raspberry leaf teas that were administered to women of the Cherokee, Iroquois, and Mohawk tribes in North America.

Pour one cup (240 ml) of boiling water over one or two teaspoons (3-5 grams) of dried raspberry leaf to create tea. After 10 minutes, close the teapot and let it steep. Add sugar to taste. sip warm. Raspberry is commonly included in herbal teas to "stabilize" the other components. Occasionally consumed as a capsule as well.
