We have a few favorite seafood preparation methods. We usually wrap the fish in foil and season it with parsley, lemon, butter, and a splash of white wine. Wrap the foil tightly around the fish and bake it in a 400F oven for 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. It's simple and there's no need to clean up afterwards.
However, we also enjoy using our seafood spice combination instead of wine. A soft yet robust seafood seasoning combination made of lemon peel, garlic, sea salt, white pepper, smoked bittersweet paprika, thyme, allspice, and a few more spices that doesn't overpower the flavor of the fish. Using a teaspoon of soft, unsalted butter, mash this seafood spice mix and distribute it all over the fish before wrapping it in foil. A life-changing fish will emerge.
