Recipe for Golden Sweet Cornbread:

1 cup of all-purpose flour is required.

yellow cornmeal, one cup

⅔ cups of white sugar

1 Salt teaspoon

 tablespoons of baking powder

1 egg

1 cup of milk

 third cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions Oven should be heated to 400°F (200°C). A nine-inch round cake pan should be sprayed or gently greased. Combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a big bowl. Add the egg, milk, and vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Fill the pan with the batter. A toothpick put into the center of the loaf should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven.
