We mince the ripest, stickiest garlic cloves to make our minced garlic. Then we lightly roast and dry them till they smell meaty. These dried minced garlic flakes are ideal for adding garlic taste to your outdoor cooking while camping. These also make great homemade rubs and marinades to gift to friends.
