The delectable flavor, wonderful perfume, and delicate fluffy texture of this one-of-a-kind grain are well-known. Pure Basmati rice, like champagne, can only be grown and harvested in one area on Earth: the Himalayan foothills. We evaluate our grains for purity since we think that only Pure Basmati has the distinct features.

|Basic prep:||In a pot with a lid, combine 1 cup White Basmati Rice and 1-1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, fluff with a fork.|
