White Basmati Rice has a more concentrated flavor than jasmine rice and is lighter and fluffier than conventional white rice. Its white, non-sticky long grains cook up separate and fluffy in stir-fries, salads, pilafs, and desserts, making it a great replacement.

|Basic prep:||In a pot with a lid, combine 1 cup White Basmati Rice with 1-1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Allow 5 minutes to cool after removing from heat. As desired, season. Before serving, fluff with fork.|
